Outerlands Express

Outerlands Express is a visual narrative game where players play a pilot delivering mail across the 4 islands of the Outerlands while war spreads and revolution brews. They get to know the distinct NPCs of each island, advancing relationships through deliveries and dialogue, subtly affecting the fascist and revolutionary forces at work across the islands. Players must make tough choices about who will get their packages as their fuel rations decrease.

The visual style is painterly, inspired by Ghibli films and the portraits of Disco Elysium. The story and dialogue balance lighthearted banter with the tension and intrigue of the specter of war.
